Returns and complaints

Something not right? Don’t worry. Here is our simple returns and complaints process.

Returns

  1. If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to notify us of withdrawal from the contract without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.
  2. You can send your notice to sklep@dogcouture.pl or use the PDF form.
  3. Return the product to: Dog Couture Nikola Stachura, Koźmice Małe 124, 32-020 Wieliczka.
  4. We recommend including the form in the parcel or emailing it beforehand.
Return form: Download the withdrawal form PDF.

Complaints

  1. If the product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, email sklep@dogcouture.pl.
  2. Include your name, email address, order number, a description of the problem and the remedy you would like.
  3. If possible, attach product photos to help us assess the issue.
  4. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
