Placing an order requires accepting them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u00a7 2 Definitions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person, legal person or organisational entity purchasing through the Store.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seller<\/strong> &#8211; Dog Couture Nikola Stachura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shop<\/strong> \u2013 the online store operated at dogcouture.pl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Goods<\/strong> \u2013 products available in the Store, particularly dog beds, blankets and accessories.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales contract<\/strong> \u2013 a contract for the sale of Goods concluded between the Seller and Customer through the Store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u00a7 3 Placing orders<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Orders can be placed on the Store website at any time.<\/li>\n<li>To order, the Customer selects a product, adds it to the basket, provides the details required for fulfilment, chooses delivery and payment, accepts the Terms and submits the order.<\/li>\n<li>Orders are fulfilled after confirmation and receipt of payment, unless the selected payment or delivery method states otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>Product information displayed in the Store constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract. The sales contract is concluded according to the Store\u2019s ordering process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u00a7 4 Prices and payments<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Product prices are stated in Polish z\u0142oty.<\/li>\n<li>Available payment methods are shown in the basket and at checkout. They may include instant payments, BLIK and traditional bank transfer.<\/li>\n<li>The total order price, including delivery, is displayed before final submission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u00a7 5 Delivery<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Store ships domestically and internationally. Available delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout.<\/li>\n<li>Domestic delivery options may include DPD, InPost courier and InPost parcel lockers. For large parcels, including some dog beds, delivery may be limited to courier services.<\/li>\n<li>Collection in person is possible by prior arrangement by phone or email.<\/li>\n<li>Most products are in stock and dispatched within 1\u20132 working days. If an item needs to be made, this may take up to 7 working days. The specific lead time is shown on its product page. Sweaters are made to order; the current lead time is approximately 2 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u00a7 6 Withdrawal from the contract<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>A Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies.<\/li>\n<li>To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to <a href=\"mailto:sklep@dogcouture.pl\">sklep@dogcouture.pl<\/a> or use the withdrawal form provided by the Store.<\/li>\n<li>Return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing the Seller of withdrawal, to: Dog Couture Nikola Stachura, Ko\u017amice Ma\u0142e 124, 32-020 Wieliczka.<\/li>\n<li>The Customer bears return shipping costs unless the Seller states otherwise.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds use the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"dc-legal-box\"> <strong>Withdrawal form:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/dogcouture.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/formularz-odstapienia-dogcouture-1.pdf\">download PDF<\/a>. <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u00a7 7 Complaints<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Seller must deliver goods that conform to the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Complaints can be sent to <a href=\"mailto:sklep@dogcouture.pl\">sklep@dogcouture.pl<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Include contact details, the order number, a description of the issue and your requested remedy. Product photos may help speed up assessment.<\/li>\n<li>The Seller will respond within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u00a7 8 Personal data<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The controller of the Customer\u2019s personal data is Dog Couture Nikola Stachura.<\/li>\n<li>Data is processed in particular to fulfil orders, handle payments and deliveries, communicate, assess complaints and meet legal obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Details are provided in the <a href=\"\/en\/polityka-prywatnosci\/\">Privacy policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>\u00a7 9 Final provisions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Matters not covered are governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law, particularly the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.<\/li>\n<li>These Terms are available in the Store and may be saved or printed.<\/li>\n<li>Changes to these Terms do not affect rights acquired by Customers before they take effect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<\/article>\n<section class=\"dc-legal-card dc-shipping-info\">\n<h2>Available shipping methods<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>InPost parcel locker: 23 z\u0142<\/li>\n<li>InPost parcel locker, payment on collection: 28 z\u0142<\/li>\n<li>DPD courier to your address: 28 z\u0142<\/li>\n<li>DPD courier, cash on delivery: 35 z\u0142<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the basket includes any product excluded from parcel locker delivery, the InPost locker option is automatically hidden.
